What’s in the gift certificate package
When you buy a Keepsake Hour gift certificate, we’ll email you a PDF file that includes the following material:
- a gift certificate personalized in the recipient’s name (Download a sample gift certificate.)
- a list of life story questions the recipient might wish to talk about during their interview
- Storyphile’s terms of purchase (Download the terms of purchase.)
You can forward the file directly to your loved one—or print and deliver the material yourself.
What the gift certificate covers
A professional life story interview conducted by Marie Lesoway of Storyphile. This includes the following:
- a list of life story questions (delivered in the gift package)
- approximately 60 minutes of audio recording delivered as a download link

- Etransfer your payment ($225 including GST) to Storyphile c/o marie@storyphile.ca. (We’ll send you an invoice.)
What happens next
- We’ll email you a gift certificate package (PDF file) you can forward to your loved one.
- The gift recipient reviews the list of life story questions and decides which ones they’d like to talk about during their interview. (They can substitute their own questions, if they like. They just need to let us know what they are.)
- The gift recipient contacts Storyphile to schedule an in-person interview at their home. (Additional charges apply for interviews outside the Edmonton area.)
- Storyphile conducts the interview and forwards the audio recording for the gift recipient to enjoy and share with you and other dear ones.
